This recipe for delicious pasta salad is something the entire family will enjoy, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 7oz of cooked rigatoni
- 3oz Premium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1/2c broccoli florets
- 2 TB sliced shallots
- 1/4c pine nuts
- 3 TB carrots julienned
- 2 TB bacon bits
- 4 TB vinaigrette
- 2 TB Parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Take all ingredients and combine in a bowl.
- Add vinaigrette and season.
- Toss or stir together all ingredients.
- Serve.
