Carmelized Onion & Bacon Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 package of Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham, chopped
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1 cup parsley, sliced
  • 1 baguette sliced into ¼ inch pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon and Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham. Remove from pan.
  2. Caramelized onions in bacon fat.
  3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir.
  4. Add sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, cheese, and parsley.
  5. Stir and add crispy bacon Bistro Applewood Smoked Ham back into the pan.
  6. Bake dip mixture at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Slice bread and brush with olive oil.
  8. Bake bread at 375 for 3-5 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
