- 1 tortilla shell
- 2 slices of Land O’Frost Canadian Bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- Spread cream cheese on tortilla shell until it is completely covered.
- Beat egg and cook egg like an omelet.
- Lay egg on top of tortilla.
- Cut cheese in half and lay on top of egg.
- Lay Canadian bacon on cheese... Roll and serve.
