Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1.5 packages of Land O’Frost Canadian Bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- Dash of sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Fill sprayed muffin trays half full of batter.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Turn once half way through baking time.
