Ingredients

Dumplings:
  • 2 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of thyme
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 quart water + 1 tablespoon salt
Turkey Mixture:
  • 1 Package (½ pound) Premium Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

Dumplings:
  1. Combine all ingredients together.
  2. Roll dough into ½ inch pieces.
  3. Bing water and salt to a boil.
  4. Simmer dumplings for 3 minutes.
 
Turkey Mixture:
  1. Chop turkey.
  2. Heat up oil in a pot.
  3. Sauté turkey.
  4. Add flour and stir well.
  5. Add stock and cream.
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add parsley.
  8. Add dumplings.
  9. Simmer for 7 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
