Here’s a one-of-a-kind way to serve up your favorite Thanksgiving flavors in one bite! Cranberry, stuffing, and of course, turkey, are all wrapped up into this holiday appetizer.
Ingredients
Cranberry Stuffing:
- 6 oz stuffing mix
- 2 cups water
- ½ cups dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoons flour
- 1 pack Bistro Favorites Rotisserie Seasoned Turkey Breast
Cream Cheese Spread:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Crispy onions (optional)
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of water to pot
- Add dried cranberries
- Bring water to a boil
- Add stuffing mix
- Add flour and stir until stuffing forms
- Turn off heat
- On a cutting board add plastic wrap
- Between plastic wrap roll out stuffing to ¼ inch
- Chill for 20 min
- While stuffing is chilling, combine all ingredients for cheese spread
- Cut Bistro product into thirds and roll single pieces
- Take stuffing base out of refrigerator and cut into 1x1½ inch rectangles
- Pipe cream cheese spread onto stuffing base and top with rolled turkey. If desired, add crispy onions for a nice crunch!
