How YOU will contribute

  • Leverage capabilities of Broker retail staff and lead retail meetings.
  • Participates in customer reviews as needed to gain intimate knowledge of retailer store-level.
  • Works with store-level District Managers on LOF goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates with Customer Business Managers in maximizing profitable net revenue growth from a retail execution perspective.
  • Expertise with utilizing Nielsen syndicated data and distribution scorecard to understand store-level distribution opportunities.
  • Provide best in class tools to the retail team to sell LOF initiatives and concepts.

About YOU

  • Minimum 3-5 years progressive growth experience in sales to the retail consumer food products industry.
  • Experience in meat/deli industry and recent broker management experience a plus.
  • Well-developed analytical, leadership and presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Able to operate independently and remotely.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively (50%+).
