How YOU will contribute
- Leverage capabilities of Broker retail staff and lead retail meetings.
- Participates in customer reviews as needed to gain intimate knowledge of retailer store-level.
- Works with store-level District Managers on LOF goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with Customer Business Managers in maximizing profitable net revenue growth from a retail execution perspective.
- Expertise with utilizing Nielsen syndicated data and distribution scorecard to understand store-level distribution opportunities.
- Provide best in class tools to the retail team to sell LOF initiatives and concepts.
About YOU
- Minimum 3-5 years progressive growth experience in sales to the retail consumer food products industry.
- Experience in meat/deli industry and recent broker management experience a plus.
- Well-developed analytical, leadership and presentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
- Must have valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Able to operate independently and remotely.
- Must be willing to travel extensively (50%+).
