Munster HRIS Analyst

This position requires working a minimum of four days per week on-site.

System Management

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, configuration, Testing, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
  • Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Configures and tests system components
  • Acts as subject matter expert in all things system related to HR
  • Educates and trains HR superusers on the system

 System Optimization

  • Collaborates with internal customers and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
  • Initiates and works towards resolution of service tickets with the HRIS vendor
  • Stays abreast of system improvements, new training, etc. provided by the HRIS vendor and educates the HR team accordingly

 Data Management

  • Analyzes data to create and provide needed reports, suggest ways to increase functional productivity and workflow of the HR department
  • Automates and configures core HR processes within the HRIS
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for internal customers and HR staff

  Qualifications

Experience 3+ years of related experience managing or implementing an HRIS platform, preference for CERIDIAN DAYFORCE or similar applications
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Systems or related experience.
Certifications Not required
Knowledge HRIS implementation, HRIS configuration and maintenance, data entry, data analysis, report building, etc. required

Proficient with Microsoft 365

Travel Local and or occasional overnight travel is required this percentage of time Less than 10%
