How YOU will contribute
- Drive category leadership strategy and principles for assigned customers.
- Leverage multiple data sources for benchmarking, assessing, and recognizing key activities and trends impacting the business.
- Offer strategic recommendations to guide data-informed decision-making and develop effective retail strategies beneficial to both the customer and LOF.
- Actively participate in customer category review preparation to differentiate the brand across multiple categories.
- Support management and sales teams with in-depth data analysis of current retail strategy execution.
- Communicate findings and implications from various data sources to internal and external business partners (sales, marketing, broader team).
- Identify potential gaps in retail categories and recommend product line extensions as necessary.
- Identify and communicate evolving “path to purchase” criteria for our consumers.
- Lead and create fact-based category leadership stories for retailer presentations, supporting our strategic initiatives as a category leadership subject matter expert.
- Serve as a point of influence by effectively communicating performance measurements and the impact of initiatives.
- Provide in-depth analysis of category dynamics and strategic recommendations to guide annual brand planning and joint business planning.

About YOU
- Experience: 2+ years in category management and/or business analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Nielsen, and Circana data systems.
- Travel: Local and/or overnight travel required (15%).
