BRAND MANAGEMENT
• Consumption and Shipment analysis/scorecards for all assigned products with key insights, indicated actions, and identified risks and opportunities. Collaborating with sales, trade, demand planning, and category management.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and year end business review analysis.
• Support analytics and insight needs, as defined by brand manager. Contributing to key questions against assigned brands, during commercial planning process SLRP to AOP. Including, background for insights briefs and business case entering new projects into stage gate.
• Provide data inputs for selling deck presentations for sales team, ensuring alignment to brand strategies for Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers.
• Provide product specification support for all assigned brands/marketing classes.
• Lead SKU rationalization team, manage team, process and develop final recommendations.
• Maintain the price list for updates and accuracy and communicate out to organization.
• Develop and maintain Scorecards related to project prioritization and cross marketing class NFP label conversion.

DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
• Identify omnichannel product requirements and future enhancements through collaborative efforts with Brand, Sales, Operations and IMC. Ensuring tactics tie to brand strategies.
• E-Commerce budget owner. Identify, measure and optimize product performance to enhance shopper omnichannel experience, and maximize ROI on spend.
• Partner with brand managers and IMC to create compelling, relevant brand content supported with facts and data: web metrics, Insights, customer feedback/research and internal operational metrics
• Grow online sales at Tier 1 customers: Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, HyVee and Albertson’s

TECHNICAL COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
• Analyzes consumer data to the model, predict and segment consumer behavior and motivations.
• Knowledge of the tactical brand strategy and marketing plans.
• Creates communication initiatives based on research, analysis, and key learnings.
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of competitive activity, products and changes in competitor strategies.
• Basic understanding of customer strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and return on investment.
• Identifies market information sources and access information needed to use a specific framework.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience One to two years of experience bringing customer-facing eCommerce or Omnichannel products to market. Brand management experience, preferably in CPG.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.

Certifications Highly analytical experienced successfully managing complex data, and evaluating against key performance
/Knowledge: metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Developing insights and indicated actions based on the facts and data. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Team player with proactive and positive approach.

TRAVEL: Local and/or overnight travel is required 10% of the time.
