How You Will Contribute
- Submit requisitions and manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Coordinate candidate travel and manage offers, including document completion and approvals.
- Input and report data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) / HRIS.
- Issue acquisition reports and manage new hire forms, background checks, and drug screening scheduling.
- Support brand reputation through the creation of recruitment and career fair materials.
- Represent Land O’Frost at career fairs and trade networks.
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing & Communications on social media presence (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Maintain job postings on the LOF website and submit internal job postings.
- Coordinate career fair sign-ups, supply orders, and representative coordination.
- Assist the Talent Development Manager with learning deliverables preparation, setup, and coordination.
- Input and report data in the Learning Management System (LMS) / HRIS.
- Coordinate and maintain learning plans.
- Support curriculum development and editorial reviews.
About You
- 2+ years in Human Resources, Recruiting, and/or administrative support role.
- BS or BA in Human Resources related field preferred; High School diploma required.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- HRIS/ATS experience a plus.
- Local and/or overnight travel required (approximately 5%).
