Brand / Shopper Communications

  • Coordinates shopper marketing initiatives
  • Coordinates creative materials to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
  • Communicates marketing initiatives, programs and project updates to internal teams and brokers
  • Completes program analysis & reports to compare results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Measures programs against industry best practices
  • Assists with the coordination of trade show events, sampling programs and other experiential brand programs

Consumer Communications

  • Provides input into creative briefs and activation briefs to assist with the development of the digital Go-to-Market strategy and the development of marketing campaigns
  • Participates in brainstorms and team activities to develop online marketing ideas
  • Creates and distributes matrices, flowcharts and reports to relevant marketing and sales teams
  • Completes Consumer program analysis & reports to compare results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Measures Consumer programs against industry best practices
  • Manages retailer site content, including auditing content
  • Evaluates merchandising best practices across retailer sites
  • Identifies and executes retailer site optimization opportunities
  • Daily monitors LOF social media site content, provides company updates, and collaborates with agencies on paid and organic content
  • Manages content on LOF web sites and the Sales & Marketing Intranet site(s)

  • Knowledge of key retail business and consumer trends to assist in the development of retail-specific shopper plans
  • Coordination of content within content management platforms to provide insights and recommendations
  • Utilizes knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms to optimize current brand delivery for each platform
  • Assists in results and reporting of audit consumer touch points
  • Analyzes marketing data and summary reports, drawing conclusions on brand performance


Experience Prefer 1-2 years of marketing experience, but would consider a recent graduate
Education Bachelor’s in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications or similar degree
Certifications / Training Microsoft Suite experience;
Travel 10%
