How You Will Contribute
- Evaluate opportunities based on company criteria and recommend action.
- Develop pricing and other inputs needed for bids.
- Understand the competitive environments and customer needs to create the strongest profitable fit.
- Lead cross-functional commercialization of accepted bids.
- Manage product changes and product formulations.
- Conduct business and financial analysis for Private Label lines with key insights and recommendations.
- Provide long-range and annual planning.
- Provide data inputs for selling deck presentations for the sales team.
- Monitor business margins and take appropriate actions.
About YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field required.
- 4+ years’ experience in the food and beverage CPG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and financial skills to manage profitability and pricing.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently or part of a team.
- Experience with major customers such as Trader Joe’s and HEB a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to travel 10-15%.
