How You Will Contribute

  • Evaluate opportunities based on company criteria and recommend action.
  • Develop pricing and other inputs needed for bids.
  • Understand the competitive environments and customer needs to create the strongest profitable fit.
  • Lead cross-functional commercialization of accepted bids.
  • Manage product changes and product formulations.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis for Private Label lines with key insights and recommendations.
  • Provide long-range and annual planning.
  • Provide data inputs for selling deck presentations for the sales team.
  • Monitor business margins and take appropriate actions.

About YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field required.
  • 4+ years’ experience in the food and beverage CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial skills to manage profitability and pricing.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Experience with major customers such as Trader Joe’s and HEB a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
