How You Will Contribute

  • Oversee monthly price and promotion trackers to facilitate pricing awareness, discussions and action plans with senior leaders and customer teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help guide data-informed decision-making and develop more effective retail strategies and plans that are beneficial to the customer and LOF.
  • Accrual auditing and processing to include assisting sales and brokers with agreement management.
  • Maintain Dashboards.
  • Leverage existing systems and field data to provide regular analytics on the state of the business.

About YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue management role preferable within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey revenue insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in revenue forecasting and analysis.
