16. Grilled Pepperoni Pizza Flatbread

My all-time favorite campfire cooking recipe, this heavenly grilled pepperoni flatbread, is not your ordinary pizza. Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Pizza Dough
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Pepperoni Slices

Instructions:

  1. Stretch your dough to your preferred thickness. The thicker the dough, the longer it will need to cook. The great thing about flatbread is it doesn't need to be perfectly round like a pizza. Any kind of oblong shape will do.
  2. This flatbread cooks best over small, gentle flames. Place the dough on your campfire rack or grill and cook until the bottom is nice and crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Flip the dough and add sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
